Account Access Issues (April 16th, 2026)
Services Update
Over the past several weeks, there have been significant changes within the Bureau of Prisons messaging system. While we remain fully committed to delivering the highest level of service possible, some of these changes involve actions by third parties that are unfortunately beyond our direct control. This has made it difficult to maintain the consistent uptime we strive for.
Specifically, Corrlinks has been restricting new contact emails more quickly than we can get clients switched over to the updated accounts. We're actively working to resolve this, and once we have a stable solution in place, we'll be able to address the broader message delivery issues more effectively.
In the meantime, our team continues to deploy new contact emails and fine-tune the service with the goal of restoring reliable performance as quickly as possible. We're also developing longer-term solutions to reduce our reliance on these external systems. You can count on us to get this sorted out soon, just as we always do.
As part of that effort, we're excited to share that we're preparing to introduce a new AI-powered service using the latest agent technology. This upcoming solution will handle communications in a way that is highly natural and virtually indistinguishable from human messaging, while offering greater reliability and stability.
Please know that we’re doing everything we can to resolve these issues and improve your experience. If there's anything specific we can assist you with in the meantime, or if you have any questions, feel free to let us know—we're here to help.
Thank you again for your understanding and continued trust in our service.
As always, you can get a new contact email for your inmate here:
