Why messages stopped: Corrlinks or the Bureau of Prisons blocked the contact email. A blocked address never works again — that is the most common reason messages stop, even when the account is paid.
The fix — the inmate does this on the Trulincs kiosk:
- Add a BRAND NEW contact in the Trulincs contact manager.
Editing the email on the old contact does not work. - For the contact email, use a fresh one from https://help.corbot.us/.
- That's all. New contacts are accepted automatically — nothing to approve on our side.
Backup emails are also available from Corbot Support inside the service. Always take the address from help.corbot.us — an old Yahoo, Gmail, or similar address will only be blocked again.
