Unable to Send or Receive Messages

If the incarcerated individual is not receiving any incoming or outgoing messages, the contact email they are using to connect with you has likely been blocked by Corrlinks/BOP. 

Unfortunately, Corrlinks periodically blocks email addresses that their automated filters associate with bulk or automated messaging services. This functions similarly to a spam filter and can occur unpredictably.

To resolve this, they will need to update the contact email address in their Trulincs contact manager.
