Unable to Connect to Corbot

Service interruptions can occur resulting from changes within the Corrlinks messaging system are entirely outside of our control. These disruptions do not originate from our network or services.

In many cases Corrlinks (ATG) will disable an inmate's previous contact email, which in turn affected the associated Corrlinks account they were relying on to communicate with our company.

Unfortunately, Corrlinks may make such changes periodically without prior notice. For this reason, we provide new contact email options with each payment and offer backup contact emails upon request.

To help ensure uninterrupted access to our services, it is important for each inmate to maintain backup contact emails. As we do not have control, visibility, or influence over Corrlinks’ system, keeping these backups is the responsibility of you the user.

For future reliability, we strongly recommend maintaining multiple backup email contacts, including some kept offline. ATG may block accounts without notice, and when this occurs on the Corrlinks side rather than the TRULINCS system (your side), there may be no indication that a contact has been blocked.
