How to stop automatic payments

Automatic payments are controlled by your payment processor, not by us. We never see or store your card or PayPal information, and we cannot stop, start, or change an automatic payment for you. Every payment includes an email receipt with a link to your account with that processor (Square, Stripe, or PayPal). Use that link to change or cancel the automatic payment. The service is entirely prepaid. If you would simply like the service to end, you can stop paying and the account suspends by itself until another payment is made. Nothing else is required.
