Refunds, credits, and unused service time
Our service is prepaid and best-effort: it depends on Corrlinks, the Bureau of Prisons, and the inmate. Per our Terms of Service, agreed when the account was opened, we do not provide cash refunds.
Unused time - including unused yearly plans, and time lost while a contact was blocked - is not a refund case. We are paid to keep the service available.
Service credits (additional days) are considered after the inmate reconnects. The inmate requests a credit through Corbot Support inside the service, and the account is reviewed against actual usage. If a credit is approved, it is applied as additional service days - never as cash.
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact your payment processor and your card-issuing bank so the card can be disabled and investigated. We will forward inmate communication to law enforcement if required.
Automatic payments can be stopped from the link in your payment receipt - see "How to stop automatic payments".
